Beach Days

As I’m walking to the beach
I can feel it within my reach
I love hearing the waves crashing
and watching the dolphins splashing
I feel the soft sand between my toes
as the calm breeze blows
My coconut sunscreen smells good enough to eat
The beach is hard to beat
The water tastes salty as I dive beneath the waves
