On the day 27,000 people died,
the remaining if you heard them cry.
Their tears falling like rain,
Let us never feel that same pain.
The ones that stood for our country,
The ones that made us comfy.
All the scars that remain,
It will never be the same.
On the 25th of April every single year,
About 26 million of us shed a little tear.
Let us all remember,
All of those who were clever.
Be thankful for what you get,
Less we forget.
