The dog that is loved all the time
The food that everyone always brings
The friend that makes others smile like sunshine

I am The enthralling book that is read over and over
The favourite coffee cup that is used everyday
The grass that gets snipped every week with a mower
The autumn trees that look pretty every May

I am The one-hundred-year-old myth that is still told
The bells that always ring
The favourite toys I have loved to hold
The beautiful bird that can sing

I am The special bond with your family
The piece of good advice everyone needs
The fun in laughing happily
The love in your life, everyone heeds
