A flutter of wings,
The wings that carry my heart,
Spin a web to entangle it,
And I will never leave.
You trap me,
Without even knowing,
And everything you do,
Makes my heart thump against its cage,
Like it's trying to run to you,
And be yours alone.
And now I often wish that one day,
Someday I could dance with you,
Barefoot in a moonlit glade,
Gazing into eachothers eyes.
So until the end of time,
I will wait for you to say the words I wish to hear.
