A new sunset had fallen on the land
My hourglass filling up with sand
My dear father buried underground
Rain pitter pattering, a familiar sound
Our tears are falling like shooting stars
My happiness on a vacation to Mars
Creamy snowflakes falling on my face
Dad, I really miss your warm embrace
How can one be that happy
How can my life be this sad
How can ones life go that badly
I really do miss you dad
I wish that I could hug you too
Before your final line was drew
Just to swing my arms around you
I really, really miss you too
