The poets would disagree
Their ending was not story worthy, nor spectacular
The soft taste of heaven, they felt
Greed, hunger, betrayal, all on the table
Yet the table was made of glass,
She saw right through his complexion, his clear mindset
Faith faded, as fear became reality
The vulnerability she was coated in
She was a saint, yet he was a sinner
The horizon brought terror,
4 hands bloody, 2, covered in another,
The sinner deserved the sin,
The saint, and his mass of blood, she now lays in
Treachery...
