A white flower blooms at eventide, as a soft hush comes by,
As songbirds and doves hide, the sun bows down, so shy.
Bid farewell to the setting sun, as it’s the only one
Who hums a little lullaby, as the baby butterfly comes by.
As I stare out of the window, I can see it now
The night’s still young and I see the stars have sprung.
To put the prettiest in line,
Nature’s the most divine.
Twilight’s rosy blush arrives,
The eyes of night thrive.
The white flower glistens in the night
And Mother Nature uses all her might
