I have a plump pet pug,
That I lovingly hug,
She always gorges on food,
That establishes her good mood,
Her eyes bulge out and her nose is squished in,
She loves it when I tickle her chin,
Georgie’s little legs are not built to run,
Instead to lay all day in the sun,
She likes to be stinky and hates having a bath,
Her grunts and her groans make me laugh,
Georgie’s body is shaped like a loaf or a log,
But I think she's a beautiful dog,
Her black velvety ears are very soft and tiny,
And her black button nose is quite drippy and slimy,
She likes to do her own thing and be left alone,
I am glad Georgie’s my friend and she lives in my home.
