He's the Adam and I'm the Eve.
Together once,
and never again.
They were never together but never apart.
Because they were enemies,
bound by heart.
Eve loved him.
Adam was indifferent.
Two lonely souls,
in the garden of Eden.
And God in this story was the unrequited love.
Two different halves,
combined to make a whole.
Bound by heart and set in stone.
The Adam of my Eve.
One in love,
the other clouded in hate.
He's the Adam and I'm the Eve.
In the garden of Eden.
