She says she doesn’t care,
That she doesn’t see it anywhere,
But she is one that has no clue,
What her actions really do.
He says that he tries his best,
He uses what he needs and saves the rest,
But he stills buys ‘recycled plastic’,
When will he realise that’s not so fantastic.
They say ‘It’s just one piece’,
But every one adds to the increase,
If everyone threw a piece over board,
That’s seven point nine billion more deaths ignored.
I say we’re not doing enough,
That people need to wake up and rethink some stuff,
Things are deteriorating in this day and age,
Society doesn’t recognise the effects of climate change.
