Diamonds are shiny and sometimes tiny.
They can be bright and shine like a light.
They are sharp and clear but some might say
They are dear.
Emeralds are rare and made into rings that bling.
Sapphires are as blue as the deep ocean
And as beautiful as the sky.
Rubies are as red as lava and sparkle
Like fireworks
Jade is as green as the forest and as lush
As the grass blowing in the wind.
