I see fielders getting to their positions,
It’s like players ready for a game.
I feel the ocean covering my feet,
It’s like putting on shoes and socks.
I hear appeals and groans around the pitch,
It’s like a team celebrating from a catch.
I smell the seaweed on the boundary,
It’s like arriving at a beach house.
I taste the sweet bitterness of getting out,
It’s like eating fish and chips.
