Man From Gallipoli

There was once a man from Gallipoli
Who was kicked out of his territory.
But this unlucky man,
Had much more fears in plan.

Soon he was displaced by dreadful war,
Then forced into another country and grew up poor.
A risk was growing like a flood,
His life had burst from the wrong bud.

As war crossed the crumbled land,
Sending people fleeing in bands.
The refugee camp was no longer defended,
Except its safety had been intercepted.

Refugees rarely get control of their stolen hearts,
Instead, their memories get forced to leave their art.
Their life has been destroyed by politics,
So we have to rescue the refugees from these conflicts.
