Camp Cove Poem

Camp Cove
I love this cove, this little beach of mine
With its millionaire views, white sandy shores and turquoise crystal water
I love how its calm waters relax my soul as I dip under the waves
When I open my eyes under the sea I am swallowed by never-ending blue
This beautiful place, is home to many, from sea, land and sky
I love its creatures from the deep; seahorse, crab, and pufferfish
From coast to coast, possums roam under the moonlight
While in the sky cockatoos laugh and play, just like the beach kids
I love the sounds of summer, the joy the warm days bring, with people chatting and laughing, eating ice cream
Mothers, daughters. Fathers, sons. Families join together to bask in the beauty of my place
I love this cove, this little beach of mine, hidden from the hustle, my perfect slice of heaven.
Pania.
