The feeling when the start buzzer goes off
The feeling when the first whistle gets blown
The feeling watching the other team scoff
The feeling after the ball has been thrown
Smiling parents and friends staring our way
Smiling players as the first game plays out
Smiling coach at the efforts of our play
Smiling sun watching and dancing about
Fast paced adrenaline starts to arise
Fast paced sprinting and watchful defending
Fast paced heart as we stare at the first prize
Fast paced voices as we end by chanting
Winning is not all the sport is about
For netball I could never live without
