Hear the purr
Hear the weep
Lots of kittens all fast asleep

Look at their grace
Tiny feet
All cuddled up
Fast asleep

See their father
Big and strong
See their mother
She's very long

Look at them
all fast asleep
You wonder where their minds are
Sleeping soundly
Good night, kittens.
