Unidentified Fallen Object!

It was a late afternoon in the scruffy sofa
While I was listening to the same old radio
Until it was five, when suddenly BOOM!
A loud noise cut over the weather forecast
What was that sound?
Something just plummeted down, high from the sky, right to the compact ground

I delicately push the curtains to the side,
Now the nerve racking moment,I peak out the window,
Phew! What a relief and a wonderful sight
Something’s just shining, with a beautiful light!

The thing was strong, indestructible
Breaking it? Impossible!


What was it though, The thing with the glow
Was it a comet? Was it a UFO
Perhaps, we’ll never know
