Nervous, anxious, tense,
Behind the thick wings, butterflies flattered in my hollow stomach,
“You will be amazing,” explained my teacher from behind,
Silent, still, gloomy,
As I stood on the plain stage it was pitch black and it felt dull,
The crowd of inaudible individuals were awaiting for the production,
Bright, gleaming and beaming,
The lights aroused and the music commenced,
The serene music took my heart and made my body glide across the stage
Delightful, caling, joyful,
Scanning the audience of people smiling makes me feel pleasured,
Performing feels free and it always creates happiness in me.
