I'm a golden bird flying high in a cage, here I'm tied.
I get food, water, anything I need but what I'd give to be freed.
Dull birds flying high, tweeting peacefully in the sky.
I am stuck in a cage, if not freed I'd go deranged!
Lonely and prisoned, my fate has been driven.
I will not eat, not sleep, I lie on my deathbed with one last tweet.
Many die, but all I can do is wish and cry.
Covid-19 is a deadly cage, me, all can watch in deadly rage.
