So scared when I was positive,
I truly felt I would not live.
I was terrified so I wept,
I had harsh nightmares while I slept.
The pain in my throat never shrunk,
It hurt severly when I drunk.
I felt cold though the quilt was thick,
My sleep just did not happen quick.
My mum embraced me night and day,
But my sister hid far away;
I didn't want to spread COVID,
But I wished no-one would have hid.
I zoomed my classmates everyday,
I wanted to join them and play.
I took medicines all day long,
In hope that COVID would be gone.
