Hansel And Gretel: The Limerick

There were two kids, Hansel and Gretel,
who found a house not built of metal.
It was made out of candy,
which they thought was dandy,
so they walked inside to settle.

Hansel and Gretel got an itch,
when they saw a mischievous witch.
but the witch seemed quite nice,
She gave them slice after slice,
to fatten them up for her dish.

The mean old witch wanted to eat,
Some tender and juicy red meat,
Gretel went to the kitchen,
Then she shoved the witch in
the oven, so the witch felt the heat.
