The fallen

In this void of darkness in a flash of light
stands an angel with wing of black not white
Why are your wings black? Do you still miss the light?
As we wait here in the darkness never again to see the light
Here, destined to forever walk this cursed night
We are the fallen forsaken by the light
in this world of darkness to be forgotten by the light
Where we stay eternally between the darkness and the light
this is our forsaken world of night
Here we are the fallen, the wonderers of the night
