And for certain behind closed eyes we will meet,
For nothing can separate our hearts,
But when I’m falling and broken and teared apart,
I wish to be caught by your arms.
And maybe I will fall in love, and leave you for a real one,
Or maybe we will always be, stuck forever in the void of dreams.
Maybe the sun will rise again, maybe it’ll all end before now and then.
And we say maybe to hide the truth, but buried beneath it we know,
The world don’t believe in the magic we do, like it never existed at all.
Maybe all we’ll ever know is our black dogs and broken hearts,
Searching, floundering for the passionate spark,
But our world are cold are grey,
Crushed under the weight of living, unable to see the light of day.
If six boys survive which is forgotten?
Four futures ignite and one is rotten,
Because maybe never ever means yes.
