The lights they shined so pretty tonight,
I took one last breath into your light
Feeling the cold air, I prayed
Everything would be the same

Talking to you through the phone,
Just your voice keeps me going.
Oh, I'm praying, praying you'll stay
Please don't let go...

One last kiss before you leave me in the dark
One last moment before you forget me entirely
I would do anything, to keep you by my side
But you, you're happy with some other guy.

I can't promise anything else, when it comes to you
'Cause I put everything on the line when I first met you.
Promises, unkept. Loving, untouched. Just one more, befor you go.

Hold me tight and don't let go.
