Panic Attacks

It’s not fun to have a panic attack
People get scared and look at you in fear
It’s like I’m in a shell that wants to crack
It is terrifying, great there goes a tear
My heart is pounding, and I feel afraid
Fear takes hold and I feel trepidation
I am extremely scared my mind has strayed
It is a feeling of hesitation
Everything gives me a horrible fright
Everyone stares at me in concern
Through my tears the light shines extremely bright
My face is pale white and it starts to burn
I didn’t try to but I had to cry
Why do people stare? I’m not gonna die!
