Cracked ground, plant life ever gone, no water to be seen, not a single droplet anywhere in the rainforest.
Animals thirst rising while the trees were withering down.
Animals hiding away and birds in their nests.
In the rainforest the flowers blossoming as rain trickled down the leaves to the hard cracked Earth
as the land drank up the soft wet droplets of rain.
Making the ground wet and muddy.
Birds tweet and chicks cheep as they see the sight of rain.
Animals emerge from their burrows to see the glory of the wet sodden land as they came out,
as they enjoyed the sight, as they saw the thing they wanted for a long time.
