Flowers bloomed from here to there,
Making rainbows everywhere.
Birds chirped their morning songs,
As the sun rose over billabongs.
Hibernating animals roused from their sleep,
Frogs croaked their grand new speech.
Glossy, green leaves swayed in the breeze,
Flowers’ sweet aroma attracted bees.
Unsteady fawns wobbled on their feet,
Little chicks were starting to tweet.
The cold winter air melted away,
Replaced by the warm spring bouquet.
Seasons change and so do we
Forever sprouting with hope and glee,
Trees rustling and birds chorusing,
The buzzing hum of spring has sprung!
