Fire dances, shooting skywards
For fire, a blaring siren cries out
Water, on the other hand
Trickles quietly from a spout.
Water flows freely, it’s gentle but
Near fire always be cautious
Water dips and sways, elegant as a dancer
But fire’s always vicious.
But rethink this:
Or is it? Water can burn too
Boiling, scalding, icy, freezing
Water can also hurt you.
Both elements are dangerous
Yes, both of these
Don’t favour one; water and fire
Are both more than the eye sees.
