Dear Anxiety,
You creep inside of me
With every tear that rolls down my cheek
I feel your presence inside of me
You impact my every thought,
Leaving me distraught
You tell me I’m not enough,
But how long do I pretend to be tough?
You manipulate my brain,
As you watch me suffer in my pain
I’m always trying my best,
But I never get a rest
In the corner I will cry,
Almost wishing I would die
Dear Anxiety you took the best of me
