Whispers Of The Sea And The Sky

In its turquoise-blue robe, the sea slumbers
Reaching a shore littered with long-lost wonders.
The golden sun blooms in flowering rays
As gusts of wind conduct marvellous displays.
Sandcastles line the coast with unyielding pride
Disintegrating and crumbling, with the shifting tide.
When the sky is no longer bright
An ethereal navy hue hugs the moonlight.
Adorned with stars, curtains hang, delicately strung
Night whispers a lullaby, with words unsung.
