Spring, the season when everything brightens (10)
The season when the shy flowers blossom (10)
And they stop hiding from the winter cold (10)
Bees and butterflies whizzing round and round (10)
Hyped at the sight of bright yellow pollen (10)
Bears and other critters hiding in the dark (11)
Let out savage yawns and rub their stiff eyes (10)
As merry as most are, some like me are not (11)
The pollen is everywhere in the air (10)
Every nook and crack, the pollen’s always there (11)
They trap me, knowing that I’m powerless (10)
Then they attack without a drop of mercy (11)
They climb up my nose and then it happens (10)
Achoo, achoo, achoo, it never ends (10)
Until the winter cold freezes them mid-air (11)
