Overthinking

Not again why does this always recur,
My mind keeps playing tricks on me
Making me think things that I should not infer
I'm so confused
Is it true?
Is it fake?
Should I pursue?
Or are these thoughts just misleading
I can control this
I just need to keep thinking
This doesn't need to be a problem
My mind is just playing tricks on me
I know this will all be forgotten
All I need to do is convince myself
That these thoughts are just fake
To take my mind off of this mistake.
