When fire is near
It fills me with fear
The bright orange light
Feels me with fright

When it is over
I feel delight
It crackles and burns
Making forests into urns

The firefighters fight the flame
Turning it into shame
The smoke makes me choke
It makes wildlife into a stir-fry

When animals die
It makes me cry
Global Warming is a warning
Of what to come
