My Summer

This spring in the sun, Me and my besties were at the pool.
Swimming till we're tired, Chilling and looking cool.
Till it was the 1st of December, Then it all changed.
Holidays around the corner, My parents did something strange.
Normally we go over to Perth, to see the family and such.
But this time we were'nt going, i thought it was a must!
all of my friends away, i felt very alone.
only with my family, Not much to do at home. then on the 1st of Febuary,
the start of school.
I bumped into my friend who just came back, Samuel.
we started chatting and, he told me how it rained all summer.
my friends aggreed about their trips, what a bummer!
then i realised, what thats kinda good!
my summer was probly better, and i was just playing roblox (da hood)!
so i was so happy, and filled with glee.
that my boring time, was actually a great summer with the family!
