As the foliage whisper
The leaves rustle around me
Their excitement bursting, ready to follow the wind
The trees sway with me
Like the strokes of a paintbrush
Swish, swish, swish
This clear pristine forest, crisp to the touch
Giving their shade, saving me from the bright glare
An emerald frondescence surrounds me wherever I go
The forest within, a natural beauty
A spectral beauty, no doubt about
Bursting with life within
How I wonder
What the forest within would think of me
