The Safety Within

The tall, towering trees were embracing my eternal soul,
Sheltering me from the dangers that lie on the forest floor.
She's long forgotten those storms that passed years ago,
But when the seasons change...
Time stops once again.

And now...
The woods, a magical wonderland.
Creatures roaming the once grief-stricken grounds.
And the water trickling.
Birds whistling.
It seems that time has stopped once again.
