To be successful in this life
You need to keep out of strife
You've got to keep on trying
Not give up and start crying
You need to have a positive attitude
And understand things need latitude
If you want to have friends
You need to be prepared to defend
The truth we should always tell
Then you're life will work well
Remember, everyone makes mistakes
We can only learn from the mistakes we make
