Line
1. I slide in through the window, soundlessly, cautiously
2. To creep from door to door
3. I hear a noise from somewhere afar
4. And instantly drop to the floor
5. I scan my surroundings to find my target
6. And see the path is clear
7. I bolt down the hall but am followed quickly
8. As I pull off all my gear
9. I look again towards my quarry
10. And see the smallest gap
11. As I dodge from here to there
12. I feel a hand upon my back
13. I turn to see the piercing eyes
14. And see the tiniest smirk
15. “Grounded” said Mum
16. “For nocturnal activities and for not doing your homework”
