We are Australians, who love to surf and shop,
In NRL we’ll always be somewhere near the top.
The food variety, it never really ends,
But in clothes and fashion there’s always different trends.
We all love partying, barbeques and hanging with friends too,
It was the famous aborigines who invented the famous didgeridoo.
Australia a great continent surrounded by the ocean,
Our famous animal is the koala who loves to move slow motion.
We’ve hosted the Olympics and won a lot of medals,
Our cyclists how hard they try slamming on the pedals.
On Australia Day we celebrate and wave our flag so proud,
An animal like the kookaburra who screams oh so loud!
Being Australian is great for we are young and free,
Coming to Australia will tell you and you’ll see!
