Deep inside

If you look deep inside you will see
The sad and lonely person that lives inside of me
A girl who is trying to be strong
Knowing the pain isn't yet done
Figuring out who she really is
Trying to let go of the past that made her like this
Wondering if anyone really does care
Growing up in a life that she has to be aware
Look a little deeper and you will see
All the tears cried and the little lies
So as you can see I still go on
With all this pain that isn't yet gone
