Mistaken love

It's funny how I feel so much,
But you don't know I'm there,
My heart bleeds from the center,
You ripped right at the tear,
Puddles form beneath my eyes,
The gray molds into black,
Looking back on what we had,
I see how much we lacked,
When you show up in my mind,
It's hard to just ignore,
I shredded the thoughts of us,
I tattered them to the core,
So please excuse my habits,
I know I've made mistakes,
I can't believe I'm admitting this,
But our love was one big fake.
