I try

I try to speak,
But no words come out.
I try to breathe,
But my mouth juts fills up with dirt.
I try to cry
But my eyes stay dry.
I try to laugh,
But nothing is funny.
I try to smile,
But my expression remains blank.
I try to live,
But I don’t see the point,
That’s all I do, try, try, try.
One day I hope and pray
That all this darkness turns to light.
With God I know I'll win this fight.
