One by one they stack up,
Towering higher with each block.
The little toddler plays;
He is filled with total joy
As his teetering creation grows.
His blocks are as tall as he.
Big brother enters,
scowl on his face.
He looks to his sibling and laughs.
His foot comes up with fury.
The toddler's mouth gapes wide.
Crash!
Down goes the masterpiece,
now a pile of rubble.
Time to start again.
