Snow flakes, sugar flakes
Drifting from the sky
So beautiful to see and taste
I never want to die
Arctic fox jumps through the drifts
Searching for her dinner
While badgers hibernate in caves
Steadily growing thinner
Angels lie outside the door;
Not God's, but our creation
Beside the fire we keep warm
And peaceful is the nation
