I am Black I will never be ashamed of that
How dare you incinuate that I should tolerate such a diabolical insult about me being black
I will never be ashamed of that
I am black and I say that with pride
I hold my head high and reach for the sky
Being Black we have so much history
Some Blacks do not want to be Black and to me that is a mystery
Being Black is an honor you see,I'm proud of it but that's just me
So you see, do not let anyone prevaricate your mind by saying, it's something wrong with being Black
Never be ashamed of being Black
