Pollution all around me
The world I watch it choke
The streets adorned in plastic waste
The sky engulfed in smoke
The forests disappearing
The stumps of trees once there
Lay lonely under earth’s great sun
As creatures leave their lair
The rivers a washed in rubbish
The sea bitter with grease
The arctic ice, a growing pool
Melting down from global heat
Our earth is slowly dying,
The future’s in our hands
So savor and care for all that it is-
-Nature’s beauty as it stands
