My bad decision

As I lay down on the road,
I pray to the Lord for forgiveness.
I hear the policeman say,
"She's not going to make it."
If only I had listened to my parents,
And not drink and drived,
I might be standing tall and strong,
And not only be half alive.
I hurt three other people;
A couple with a baby.
Then I hear my parents cry
And my father say,
"That's my baby; please don't die!"
I wanted to say I'm sorry,
But now its just too late.
I ruined many people's lives
All because of my bad decision.
