I can see the pain,
It is in their eyes,
Without the rain,
What's inside them dies.
Cattle are tired,
Sheep are gone,
Damns are dried,
Life must go on.
Times are so unfair,
Soon they'll have to leave,
That thought gives them a scare,
It's rain they must receive.
They must keep on going,
Just to get through this,
Their fear must not be showing,
The drought to go is their only wish.
