The sun rises; golden skyline, making the world look new and happy.
The days keep going, even though fear lies in the air all around us.
It comes so suddenly, not with warning or the will to compromise.
It makes every mistake, threatening the lives of everyone who lives.
It, itself, has no idea what it is capable of but gnaws its way into the
Hearts of those who love,
Taking away their precious memories and dividing souls in every way.
Eventually, when it leaves,
The world seems so withered and used.
War destroys our beliefs and ruined our dreams but still the sun rises;
Golden skyline, making the world look new and happy once again.
