Beach To Bush

We have all come from the beach,
To a little town called Longreach.

All the activities that we've done,
Have been really, really fun.

The whip cracking was where we ruled,
We almost had the other teams fooled.

Catching greasy pigs was another place where we shone,
Because that yellow team caught the first one.

The motor bikes were very heavy,
We even saw a done up Chevy.

Once the fire hoses came out,
We squirted each other and started to shout.

The mutton busting was really great,
And the darfting of sheep through the gate.

The carers and the black shirts too,
Have made this trip fun for all the crew!
